Built for professional roasters, importers, exporters and coffee labs, the Pro100 enables highly repeatable sample roasting with advanced digital control and automated roast execution. The IKAWA Pro App connects via Bluetooth, allowing you to create, adjust and share roast profiles while automatically logging roast data for future analysis.

The Pro100 features dual temperature sensors, PID-J temperature control and integrated cyclone chaff collection to maintain stable roasting performance and consistent airflow. Roast profiles are compatible across IKAWA sample roasters at recommended batch sizes, making collaboration and profile sharing simple across teams and locations.
