The IKAWA Pro50 Coffee Roaster is designed for coffee professionals who need fast, repeatable and highly consistent sample roasting in a compact desktop format. Built for green buyers, roasters, trainers and producers, the Pro50 combines digital precision with exceptional portability, making it easy to roast anywhere from the cupping lab to origin trips.

Controlled through the IKAWA Pro App via Bluetooth, the Pro50 allows you to create, edit, save and share roast profiles with incredible repeatability. Roast profiles can be adjusted with up to 20 temperature control points and 10 airflow points, giving you fine control over development while maintaining effortless operation.

With a recommended batch size of 50g and a maximum capacity of 60g, the Pro50 is ideal for sample evaluation, profile development and quality control workflows. Automated roasting, integrated chaff collection and precise sensor-driven temperature control help reduce operator variability while dramatically improving consistency across multiple roasts.
