The Twister coffee distribution tool helps baristas achieve consistent espresso extractions by evenly redistributing ground coffee in the portafilter basket before tamping. Its helicoidal base shape applies equal rotary pressure to level the coffee bed, preventing channeling and uneven extraction. Suitable for Edo machines and other espresso machines with 58mm portafilters.

The hand-finished stainless steel base reduces static buildup during distribution, while the 250-gram weight provides stable, controlled movement. The tool accommodates both left and right-handed baristas.
