Coffee Redistribution Tool Adj. 58mm

An innovative tool dedicated to professional baristas to guarantee perfect distribution of ground coffee in the filter. Designed by Metallurgica Motta, this leveller addresses the "channeling" phenomenon that occurs when water finds preferential pathways through the coffee bed, preventing correct extraction of all soluble components. A homogeneous coffee puck with even density is the first step towards consistent espresso quality.

The leveller features a two-part construction: a black base that rests perfectly on the filter basket edge, and a steel distributor (similar to a fan) which rotates to distribute coffee evenly before tamping. Height-adjustable design accommodates any filter basket depth and dose size.
