This manual reset safety thermostat is designed to protect espresso machines from overheating by cutting power at 145°C (293°F). It fits machines from Astoria CMA, Cimbali, Dalla Corte, ECM DE, Faema, Fiorenzato C.S., Fiorenzato CS, Grimac, Lavazza, La Pavoni, Profitec, Rancilio, Reneka, and Wega. Once tripped, the thermostat must be manually reset before the machine will operate again.
