Airflow E61 Uni-Body Portafilter: Blue
Airflow E61 Uni-Body Portafilter: Blue
The AIRFLOW Flat Mirror Portafilter is a thoughtfully engineered tool designed to improve espresso consistency through one deceptively simple innovation — a completely flat handle base. Crafted from premium North American black walnut and precision-machined 304 stainless steel, it delivers a stable, level tamping platform that helps reduce channeling and improve extraction uniformity.
Unlike traditional rounded-handle portafilters that can rock or tilt during tamping, the AIRFLOW Flat Mirror rests perfectly flat on the bench, allowing for more even downward pressure and a more balanced coffee bed. The result is cleaner extractions, improved repeatability, and a more stable workflow for both home baristas and café environments.
The bottomless design gives you full visibility of your extraction, helping diagnose distribution or tamping issues in real time while showcasing beautifully balanced shots. Finished with warm walnut timber and polished stainless steel, it combines functional precision with refined aesthetics.
**Please Note
Each stabilised timber handle is individually crafted. The grain, colour intensity and resin pattern will vary from piece to piece, meaning every portafilter is completely unique. The product you receive will not have the exact same pattern as the photos shown.

Pedro's Thoughts
This is one of those genuinely clever workflow improvements that makes immediate sense once you use it. The flat-base design removes the small instability you normally fight during tamping, making it noticeably easier to maintain level pressure shot after shot. Combined with the beautiful walnut finish and solid stainless construction, it feels premium in the hand and adds a very polished touch to any espresso setup. Great for baristas chasing cleaner, more repeatable extractions with less fuss.
