How It Works

Power on, place your vessel, and pick a mode. Long press until you hear a beep to switch between NOR, AUTO, and ESP.

• NOR manual mode, you control tare and timer. Tap to start or pause, double tap to reset.
• AUTO pour over mode, place the cup, tap timer, watch the 3, 2, 1 countdown, then it auto tares and starts when it detects the pour.
• ESP espresso mode, auto tare after the portafilter bowl stabilises, consistent dosing even if you lift and replace during puck prep.
